General Assembly of the Doctoral Convention

Dear PhD students,

As the incoming members of the Executive Committee for the Doctoral Convention, we would like to kindly invite you to our next General Assembly, which will take place together with our monthly Stammtisch.

Time: 18:00 hrs

Location: INF 370 (Graduate Academy)

The Doctoral Convention is the council of Heidelberg University tasked with the representation of doctoral researchers. It functions in an advisory capacity to faculties and other university councils in all matters that relate to the studies of doctoral researchers.

The General Assembly constitutes the democratic foundation of the Doctoral Convention, with all doctoral researchers at Heidelberg University having voting rights there. At the next General Assembly, we plan to introduce our team and share our plans for this academic year (2024-2025).

All doctoral candidates are kindly invited to join the assembly followed by food and drinks! Please complete the following registration form so that we may plan accordingly for space and food.
